PAYMENT POLICY

All deposits and pre-paid services are non-refundable.

A missed appointment without notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged the full service amount to the client’s account.

To avoid this fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations can be made by call or text at 503-758-5763.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY

Apothic Massage and Wellness maintains a professional, therapeutic environment at all times.

Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

Examples of prohibited behavior include:

  • Inappropriate or unwanted touching

  • Lewd or sexually suggestive comments or jokes

  • Comments about a therapist’s or client’s body or sexual activity

  • Repeated or unwelcome requests for dates

  • Sexual gestures, leering, or suggestive behavior

  • Inquiries into personal sexual experiences

  • Any language or behavior that creates a sexually charged or unsafe environment

Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be charged in full and may be refused future services.
